First, the exterior of the building itself was magnificent! It invited one's curiosity to venture into the interior to see what was saved, lost, or reinvented in its renovation. This was easily done by Scrolling online through all 30 rooms to see the various styles of decor and how each one was laid out. Every room retained the beautiful carved woodwork and majestic windows. Some trims were left natural while others were freshly painted to bring a more modern feel to the spaces. It was a perfect mixture of old and new and the updates were upscale. We found just the one that appealed to both of us. The room prices were varied and very reasonable. The keyless check-in and out was flawless and safe. The service was discreet and friendly. The rooms were impeccable and welcoming in every respect. The small personal lounge areas were a unique surprise. Parking was close and convenient. We would stay in these accommodations every opportunity we get and have already recommended it to many others. It was a unique lodging experience unlike any other. Thank you so much! Mark and Mary

One of the coolest places ever I've stayed at. Comfortable spacious room, Beautiful historic building, Meticulously clean and neat, Excellent decor with period correct style, and well equipped, Will return!

Room was immaculate.
Automatic check in was easy
Front steps are very steep to get into the hotel. But if you let them know, you need handicapped accessible (or just struggling with your big suitcases they will give you the Code to the side door .
Convenience to the restaurants and parking is effortless

We stayed in room 110 (Band Room) and love, love, loved it! The vault door to the shower was so different; great way to repurpose it and keep a piece of the building's history. The hotel was in a great location so we were able to walk to everything we needed in town. If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay at the City Hall Grand Hotel!

I cannot begin to explain how much we loved our time at the hotel.
It is in the absolute best location for Williamsport, with easy parking and a fantastic outside space.
The rooms are all so stylish and welcoming, with fantastic amenities (the access to coffee is second to none). I would thoroughly recommend the tour!
We travelled with a baby and the team couldn't do enough to help us - we felt so looked after.
I used the conference and gym facilities and thought both were as good as, if not, better than what you might expect at a large chain hotel.
Finally, I need to mention the staff. I have NEVER been looked after like I was at the City Hall Grand. They were so kind, welcoming and helpful - it felt like staying with friends!
