Kyle was a fantastic real estate agent. Honest and easy to work with through the whole process. Buying a home these days is not necessarily an easy or fun process, but we would work with this agent again any time. He gave an honest opinion on every property and guided through everything as first time home buyers.

If a prospective real estate buyer were looking to for the absolute best possible real estate agent to assist him/her in the purchase of a property, any property, the agent they would want is Kyle Wagner. I am 68, and I've worked with many real estate agents over the years, but hands down, Kyle's the best. Knowledgeable, competent, professional, personable, honest, responsive, are just a few of the adjectives I could use to describe him. There was no question he couldn't answer, nor find the answer for if he didn't readily know. His communication skills are unmatched, and he manages the modern digital technology as it relates to the real estate field like the professional he is. What's most impressive about Kyle, however, is the ease with which he handles all aspects of the real estate process. His calm and relaxed approach makes a potentially stressful series of events more of an enjoyable and pleasant home buying experience. My wife and I were in a unique situation and had to sell our home in a relatively short time frame. We had the pleasure of working with Kyle Wagner to sell our home and we were very satisfied with his professionalism and the level of service that he provided. The selling of our parents home was heartbreaking. A very difficult situation , but we had the added challenge of a simply crude realtor who avoided communicating throughout the process.
