SCAM! Well, they will give you the money, but the information posted on their website is a lie and they will LOW BALL you extremely. They CLAIM to offer you the best, fair price. NOT TRUE. I reached out to them, and my home's current market value is listed at $240k (prior to renovating my garage space into another room adding more square footage to my home, thus increasing its value). On their website it states that their calculations for your cash offer is based on the AFTER REPAIR VALUE (the amount they project to get for your house AFTER they repair it and put it on the market to sell for themselves) and they deduct commission, repairs, and closing costs from that amount. Josh came back to me with two separate offers. He told me that my current market value was only $215k, and that he could go to the market with that price, or if I wanted a cash offer they would offer me only $170k and begin their deductions of commissions etc. from that price point. Either option left me with less than a $20k return. I asked Josh further questions via text as to why he was claiming to go to the market with my house AFTER the repairs were completed for only $215k if that is the supposed CURRENT market value of my house AS IS. Why would the AFTER REPAIR VALUE not be higher than the AS IS current market value as posted on their website? I sent a screen shot of the breakdown of their process that is posted on their website as it explains and I was also met with no response. STAY AWAY!

I'm not sure I hate offer is a legit company they putting me to a lot of stress I was supposed to do a clothes in September 9th and they call me Thursday to tell me they're backing out I don't know what's going on hopefully they go forward and getting my lawyer I got spoke with two lawyers and one telling me to cook it that they do this a lot to people so I don't know if it was the lawyer talking to me so I can back up but I still going to get contract lawyer about this situation because they cannot back down in the title company he's waiting for them to call them today to set up a time because it's the last minute thing they did and Monday we have to be there so hopefully they be decent enough to go forward and do what I have to do ignoring my calls then not getting back to me they don't want to talk on the phone just to give me the bad news one phone call on a Thursday but now nobody want to get in touch with me or if I want the lawyer number which I don't think he's even real I mean this is crazy I advise people not to go with this company and to actually do a lot of reviews about them like I did lately and trying to get rid of the lawyer not to do anything without that I was trusting them and they did this to me now I don't know what's going to happen
