I had 2 previously appointments for inspection scheduled and for maintenance that I had to make arrangements and interrupt other people’s lives to take care of my pets and they didn’t come, call or reschedule. I was very upset. How ever then Jen get got involved scheduled to have the battery changed in the smoke detector and was going to schedule another day to change the light bulbs after explaining the situation and that all this was to be taken care of at the inspection that did not occur without any communication or return calls from others. Jen was extremely helpful and resolved the issue and had Ray come out and take of and also gave me the phone number to contact her supervisor if there are any concerns. I’m thankful to have someone that resolved the issue and understands the importance of other times. Thank you
Keystone Property Management and Maintenance team are great. I moved in August 1st,2024 and my husband and I saw a few things that needed fix and when I say they work fast , they came within two days . The owner of the company came to see for his self and jump right on it with the maintenance team. Angel and Ray and their was another guy I don't remember his name but he came to fix my toilet. These guys was not playing around. They came and did the job. Ms.Gen who works in the office has been so nice to me . Mr Elli is the man who showed me the place and he won me over and he and Ms.Gen saw that my family and I had a place to live. Ms.Gen took time out of her day to call me to see if the work was done and was I satisfied with the job done in my rental home . She is keeping me update when work orders will be coming in to continue fixing things. If you need anything done ask for Angel and Ray. Trust me they going to see that what you need will get fix. Thank You to the staff for all you do and all you guys are doing your boss made a good choice hiring you.
I'm very thankful and grateful for all of the KPMM employees I have had interactions with. The office staff is very professional and helpful. They always let me know when a technician or anyone else needs to access my unit. The technicians that have come to do work have been extremely knowledgeable, respectful and do great work. It feels great to be managed by straight forward and helpful professionals.
I've been using KPMM to manage my three properties in PA for about 2 years and they have been super helpful! I live out of state so having a reliable management company has been huge. They've helped me with a sewage overflow, a tree falling on a garage, city inspections, neighbor complaints about tenants, and on and on. They do regular inspections of the properties which is awesome since I'm not there and they've helped me with answers to lots of questions. Additionally they can actually do most work on my properties themselves which has been huge because I don't have to use separate service providers and contractors. Allicia is super helpful as is Chris and the folks in the office are really nice and responsive. I really appreciate all they do and I'd highly recommend them!
I have had an amazing experience with KPMM. Service is exceptional and I barely have to think. Eric and Alicia are both extremely responsive and helpful. Very lucky to have them helping me!
