Steve and Kate are the best. I have completed nine real estate transactions in my lifetime, seven with Steve Walden and I have never had any issues. Steve is honest and has integrity, which is in short supply now a days.

Kate and Steve went out of their way to make sure our first time home buying process was pain free and dare I say, enjoyable! We bought using a VA loan and they were able to flawless navigate the intricacies around what needed to happen and to find us a home that matched up to our expectations! Not only have we since referred friends to Kate, we will only use her as our realtor for every future purchases we might have in store!
