I was here for a stay of several days. The desk service is quick and professional, and the location is convenient, but the rooms are filthy. Talking with other guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are infested with roaches. In the days I've stayed here, housekeeping has not so much as swept the floor, and I entered the room with trash and dirt all over. There's mold in the bathroom, the tub has caked scum by the drain, and the sink has a wad of gum plastered inside it and shaved hairs littered around it. Another guest told me housekeeping entered their room, changed their sheets and left. My bed has been unmade since I got here.

Horrible experience. Rooms smelled like cigarettes,dirty comma, dog poop all over the grounds, cigarette butt's all over, a lot of shady people smoking and hanging out at the balcony and this is two a m.. concerns of safety are an issue here. Only good thing is it's next to other hotels which you should probably go and also restaurants nearby. The photos do not match the room or the hotel exterior.

Very uncomfortable stay.
This review is to inform and hopefully provoke necessary change.
My son and I stayed at this location recently (10/4/24-10/5/24)
The staff were friendly and helpful overall and the establishment is within walking distance to food/shopping.
Unfortunately that's the only positives I can give.
Immediately after check-in I noticed a lot of people just hanging out on the balcony and a strong smell of cigarettes. I believe that there are people in a live in situation and just maybe that is the cause of what's to follow.
We grab our luggage and enter the room. The room initially looks to be okay but quickly became a sanitation concern with stains on the pillowcase, mold in bathroom,build up on hairdryer.... and a very unpleasant tub surface.
We still decide that because we've paid we will try to stick it out as we were only going to be there for one day really. (Worst decision)
At 4am I am awoken to a roach crawling in the bed I jump up and start to inspect the room it's not long before more appear I can't go back to sleep and I'm so uncomfortable that I decide to inform the front desk.
The attendant initially denied awareness of the issue but informed me to talk to management at checkout. We lefts an hour prior to checkout time and left a message because management was not available at the time.
They promised to issue a partial refund( which they did). I just wish this hotel would fix the issues

Had Room 103 on November 16. When I got to my room, the door was already wide open (perhaps the cleaners were still working on it??) as was the door to Room 101. Upon entering and making sure I was alone, I noticed that the TV had damage on it like it was hit with something. I reasonably presumed that the staff was already aware of this. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, but couldn't sleep much due to the violently loud guys near the back half of the place (yeah, they were that loud). Can't fault the motel for them, but it was something I couldn't deal with and I checked out earlier in the morning than normal.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The floors have clearly not been cleaned in weeks they are sticky and dirty. The bathroom area hasn’t been touched by any cleaner and there was roaches. The roof is damaged and it smells like smoke and mildew. This place is awful. Staying in your car would be better. Refer to my photos and just look at the grime on literally everything and the roach. This place is pathetic.
