If I could give a zero I would. I called the owner because several dryers were not working for a few customers. I did not want to chance it happening to me since I had 8 loads to dry. He came and pointed out that the other dryers were working. I stated I wasn't going to waste quarters being it was off hours no one was there. He got upset and said he could've stayed home in Trexlertown because 5 out of his 20 dryer were out. He could've refunded me money tomorrow. I'm doing laundry today why would I waste gas to get 50cents tomorrow. Very rude. He will not lose business because his location is popular. But FYI if you ever have an issue

Customer service is horrible and there is no visible number to report any issues. Biggest issue is that the coin machines have barely been working for the past year. How do you have a laundromat open with no working coin machines available? I have also worked in the plaza area for a year and am constantly being asked for change that I am not even allowed to give out due to the coin shortage. Do better and fix this.

Came back after about a year, first time I was just happy for a quick wash. Then I realized that this place is super overpriced. I used machines closer to the front and was charged $5 for a machine that would have been $3.25-3.50 elsewhere. Also, I can see why people say it’s dirty. There was a pile of clothing thrown all of a folding table with no owner in sight.

The worst place to wash clothes in town. It should be called Waste Basket Blues. First and last time I will go there. My clothes were soaking wet forcing me to spend more money to dry them.

I was extremely annoyed with this place. Not only do they have no staff on site to help if needed, but my dryer was apparently broken which was a waste of my money!
