    I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment at the salon, and when I arrived it took over 20 minutes to find out how long it would be until I was seen by my stylist Melissa. The lady at the counter told me that whoever booked my appointment was not supposed to have booked Me in that timeslot because Melissa was busy processing another client’s hair. She then said that the person who took my appointment was supposed to put my card on file. She then proceeded to request that I put my card on file to which I responded that I was not going to do because I wasn’t sure if I would stay for the appointment because my hairstylist was so late already. She told me that Melissa would be ready in a couple of minutes. And I asked her to confirm whether that was actually true because I had an appointment that I couldn’t be late for. She then went to go check with Melissa and said it would be more like 5 to 7 minutes. And then she proceeded to request that I put a card on file again. I told her that I would put a card on file once I paid, because I wasn’t sure if I was staying because I wasn’t sure if Melissa was Actually, going to be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. 10 minutes after that (30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start) Melissa comes out and with an attitude asked Me to take down my Hair so that she could see what I wanted to get done. Melissa then proceeds to tell me that my appointment was booked incorrectly and again asked me about putting a card on file. I told her that I would put my card on file if they were going to actually go through with my appointment and at this point, I wasn’t sure if we would be able to complete my appointment because of how long it had taken for me to be seen. Melissa then went on to say that she was ready to cut my hair 15 minutes ago, but hadn’t done So, because of the Card, not being on file. So I turned to the woman at the front desk, and Said that’s not true. You told me that Melissa was not ready because she was with another client, because your other receptionist booked incorrectly. Melissa tried to blame the situation on Me, which was totally false. Melissa, then with an attitude asked me “Do you just want a haircut?” to which I said, absolutely not and walked out. Unprofessional, Rude, and ridiculous.

    I went in for a trim before a wedding and to my surprise I got botched. I thought anyone could do a trim so I got a girl who I guess was very inexperienced and she convinced me to get a few framing pieces in the front and to my surprise when I turned around it was a long ish bang and the rest of the hair was chest length so I told her she needs to blend it. Well turns out she doesn’t know how to do that so she just kept cutting the same length but more hair. I told her she needs to stop bc she keeps cutting the same length and it’s not getting blended so she went to grab another stylish who tried to help as much as she could but it was too late. Their only recommendation was to just let it grow…. So I will definitely never go to this salon again. For your own benefit, avoid booking with Summer.

    Love the atmosphere and everyone we’ve interacted with at this salon. The reception team always seems to be able to work magic to get us in. My daughter has Ryan cut/style her hair. He is always so wonderful with her and she leaves feeling amazing about her look. As the mom of a preteen-having this incredible boost for her confidence and the way she walks through the world means so much to me. Thank you, Ryan for the incredible job you do each and every time.

    Very disappointed after going to this salon for years now. A few months ago, I went in to get a trim. A new, inexperienced stylist was cutting my hair. She accidentally cut a very large chunk of hair to almost the back of my head at chin length, instead of framing pieces. She then tried to blend it in, but ended up extremely and unevenly thinning out the bottom of my hair. Make sure you check your stylist before getting your hair cut and ensure your stylist has experience. After days of calling and emailing to request to speak to a manager, another stylist did finally fix my hair as best as they could, which I am grateful for. I had to cut off another several inches and get bangs to make it look somewhat better. It has been a few months now and I had to cut even more hair off, as it was still very uneven. It will take years to grow back the hair the stylist erroneously cut. Be careful.

    I don't recommend getting a facial here. I got the signature facial with Julie for the first time, and while the massage part was relaxing, I left with my face super irritated and oozing from her aggressive extractions. I thought it would get better the next day, but it didn't. My face has now scabbed and hyperpigmented. It's going to take weeks to heal, and I now have to walk around with my face all scarred. I asked for a refund, but they told me this is normal because i had breakouts. I'm not a professional, but I'm pretty sure having scabs on your face after a facial is not normal. Proper extractions dont do that and as you can see in the before picture i didnt have any crazy breakouts. They denied my refund and offered me a soothing mask instead and told me to buy neosporin to put on it. I dont feel comfortable letting them touch my face anymore, so I declined. Really disappointed that not only did they damage my face, but then also refused to give me a refund and proceeded to gaslight my experience, saying it's normal. If it's normal, well, then this is what you can expect from your facial here, I guess. Sad because I've been going here for haircuts and brow services for years, and I guess I have to find a new salon now.
