I loved my experience. It was a cozy room with a great view of the airport. The room was close to the from of the hotel so it was easy to leave when I needed to go somewhere. The heater worked great in the one digit temperatures. The staff including Sam were very helpful and kind. I asked questions and received helpful and direct answers. Will Definitely be using this hotel next time in in the area.
The hotel has an overwhelming smell of old frying oil combined with curry and indian food. The smell creeps in to the rooms. It's hard to sleep when all you smell is old frying oil and food. The sheets had stains on them. They only provide 2 towels for a family of 5. They wont come around to put more towels so you have to go beg for more. One day we tried using the microwave to make a bag of popcorn and all the lights in the room shut off. We had to get a worker to come fix the issue. The tub fills up with water when you shower. The pool was clean and nicely warm but there were no towels in the pool towel rack. Had to beg for towels multiple times. The pool towels are the size of hand towels. Super tiny towels. More for like a 3 year old. Breakfast room closed before the time announced. I called the lobby to ask until what time breakfast was, they said at 10am. We showed up at 9:40 and it was closed. Then the guy at the lobby said we had to show up before 9:30am to get breakfast. What??? We had just called and they said 10! The sign says 10. The staff was nice and the location was great. Other than that, it was not a pleasurable experience. I do not recommend and I will not be coming back.
The hotel staff are all lovely very nice people, great customer service, especially my favorite front desk manager Sam. The breakfast is to do die for ! Great spread made fresh everyday ! Totally worth it. The pricing is perfect to especially for long stays , extended stays are approved and they don’t disappoint. If I could I’d stay forever. They have a bar/food & snacks at the front desk. The pool is always clean and stocked with towels. The rooms are very spacious clean and smell great. I especially love the no smoking rule really holds to it’s standards and doesn’t disappoint in that area
Love this hotel!!! Indoor pool 2 restaurants 3 min from airport super clean rooms excellent Indian food!!!! This is my go to airport for traveling! Free shuttle to airport Free parking what else can you ask for. Carmen was awesome at the bar too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I needed a shower cap and was told they didn't have any, asked for a banana for my 2 year old and was told the breakfast room was locked. Breakfast wasn't worth it. The only thing worth eating were the potatoes. I watched coffee be added to a big coffee thing, from a pitcher. How gross. The next day there were no bananas. There was a sign saying breakfast items could not leave the breakfast room. So unacceptable. Doors were broken so hotel could be accessible to anyone. Doors were also loud. Other guests were playing loud music with their door open, also the same guests that pissed in the parking lot right in front of me. Mind you their room was just up the stairs and across the hall. Pool was cold and lacked towels. We had to get someone, who had to make sure that there really wasn't any towels left at the pool. Housekeeper entered my room with a do not disturb sign on the door and took towels that I had taken so I didn't have the difficulties at the pool like I did the day before, which then in return caused me to not go back to the pool the next night. Workers just loitering in the hallways, stairs door ways at all hours talking on phones. Workers working right by room until like 6pm deep cleaning a room. The hotel is run by non English speaking people so there is also a language barrier. I will say I did leave my luggage there upon departure. I was able to pick it up a few weeks later with ease. It was almost too easy they didn't ask for proof of who I was or anything. Not worth $100+ dollars a night. They planes were quieter than the hotel it's self.
