The guy made me wait two hours, when it was finally my turn he spent another two hours being very distracted. Didn’t speak English. Had my fade crooked and charged me $40!!! Y’all are terrible never coming back
I added an old photo from 6 months ago to show a comparison from even then.. Keep in mind, Dynasty is quoted as having licensed professionals. A gentleman by the name of Rey was my attending barber. I was receiving service for 1.5 hrs before he was through. Communication was an issue as he clearly did not speak English adequately enough to understand what I asked of him. He used a razor to shape my hair/beard line and I would swear the blade was dull, dirty, or both because the cut was not smooth and its kinda feeling like fire right now. Worse yet, I asked for a small trim on my beard to remove the dead ends and keep it healthy, what does he do?? Takes off HALF of my beard (4 inches GONE). I am NOT happy. The man should be happy that I was too stunned @ the time to not pay him. The cut isn't even straight....please retire the "professionally licensed barbers"
Very unprofessional. After I booked an available appointment, she changed the time, and then canceled a day before because she decided to go on vacation.

My barber should wear a mask even if I don't. My cut was fly! Clean!
