I will take this down if and when they correct themselves. Please beware of this hotel. They are discriminating against me and refused to rent to me because of my two service animals. I have the proper documentation. My service animals keep me from killing myself help me with my anxiety and PTSD I cannot be without them. This is a horrible thing to do. I'm also in a homeowner situation and am dealing with a loved one who has serious mental health issues. They are also refusing to give me my deposit back there was no damage to the room there's no reason to not give it back. They are also refusing to give me my 8000 points back that they are refusing to give me for discriminating against my medically needed service animals and my disabilities. This is like not letting a diabetic have their insulin it's horrible. I've been outside with serious disabilities in 20 degree weather freezing because of this now I have to freeze another night. I might die I cannot regulate my body temperature. How can people be so horrible. They also have these horrible things in the hallway that do not stop beeping i have sensory disabilities. This place sure seems to discriminate against disabled persons. They also forced my room to be inspected which was a violation of my privacy I've never had to have housekeeping and have never been forced twice to have an inspection.

DONT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS..I checked into the hotel on the 19th of Dec. Upon entering the lobby i was greeted by a very pleasant front desk agent "Aimee". She explained all the questipns I had during check inn thanks Aimee. Entering my guest room itbwas clean and fresh thank youhousekeepom

Has bed bugs, roaches and non smoking room smelled like straight up smoke. They were super rude to me when I went to book. It’s affordable but I’d rather sleep in my car than this dump.

absolutely disgusting. I can't believe a place like this is open currently. had an issue with check in because my brother in law was paying for me and fiancé's stay while we where in town over the weekend. then when we got up to our NON-SMOKING room it smelled of cigarettes so bad I may as well just have shoved my face in an ash tray (which there was 2 actual sash trays in the room for what ever reason? and ashes on the bathroom floor). I did try and check for bugs but being 110% honest I don't go to hotels so I truly didn't know what I was looking for other than what Google searches suggested. and I felt like I could deal with it. I didn't pay for it. it's ohkay. until night came and then I saw the roaches and I instantly wanted to leave but we didn't have anywhere else to go so we had to stay and deal with them for 2 nights. my fiance noticed three bites on him after returning home and showering and that was it for me. they are clearly bed bug bites. so not only is it roach infested, it's also bed bug infested. honestly could never find the staff except front desk clerks. honestly needs a health inspector or someone to go through and close this place off until the pest control is under control. the place has potential, if the owners actually cared. do not believe the other post claiming this place is nice or clean. they HAD to have paid these people off or something to write a good review.

Absolutely would not recommend had roaches with picture and video proof, not sure what other kind of bugs but when I came back home I had bites on me and they've been itching like crazy, terrified we might have brought something home with us we washed everything immediately and still feel nervous. Honestly one of the only good things about the place is that the Bethlehem diner is walking distance away
