Pam has been fantastic! No amount of googling will get you the kinds of suggestions that Pam has provided us. She took time to learn about us, what we like, and the kind of experience we were looking for at our price point. Her suggestions were outstanding and ones we would never have come up with on our own. Our trip was complicated with many legs, but we were part of the process the entire way and thrilled with the plans she put together. Pam scheduled a wonderful trip to London, Brussels, and Amsterdam for my wife's 40th birthday! Thr trip was fantastic, went off without a hitch! Pam was easy to work with, gave me several options for trips based on what I was thinking, and really helped me to give my wife the best trip! She is attentive, follows up quickly, and goes above and beyond to ensure that travel plans go off without a hitch. Despite unforeseen weather challenges, she meticulously rescheduled 12 flights from two different airports just days before the flights in an effort to ensure a seamless travel experience for everyone.
