Epic Tours' Veronica was the initial contact in reservations promptly returning calls and emails. Chris, thankfully affordably priced the bus allowing our church group to see Esther at Sight & Sound Theatre. And last but not least Carol, our driver, not only called 24 hours prior to reconfirm details but made our trip a SUCCESS. Great people, great service 5 star to all!

On 12/08/18 we had an Epic Tours bus booked to NYC from Wilkes-Barre. We were actually met early, by a female driver, Maggie. Maggie had the most wonderful personality and was courteous to all passengers. The bus was clean & we left right on time. I can’t say enough about this driver. She knew the routes, when traffic would be heavy, and drove with great regard, thus making the entire bus feel safe. She furnished her cell phone and her concern was true. In a day & age when people complain about everything, I just wanted to let you know, this girl is a true asset to your company. The entire bus loved her. We have dealt with many bus companies in the past, as we run trips several times a year. We will now book Epic Tours from now on. You guys run an amazing company with great pricing and awesome drivers. Keep up the great work & and send our love & thanks to an amazing person & bus driver, Maggie !!

I had a great experience with Epic Tours! They drove all 120 of our music students from New York to Florida for a week long trip. Drivers are courteous, flexible, professional, and friendly! I used them once again for a trip to Boston this February and had great service once again. They are now the bus company of choice for our school!

Epic Tours Really helped us out when we were stuck with Bieber closing. They were able to take us the same day we already had planned to go. Epic gave us a great price, and their service was excellent. Our Drivers were kind and provided a smooth ride. Our buses were clean and nicely appointed. Thank you for a great experience!
