I must commend the entire staff and especially the manager Leanne. Not only was she ill- informed from the management company that placed us here because the property was uninhabitable, but she graciously took the time to address the issues and made sure me and my family were content and comfortable. Not a lot of service industry professionals go the extra mile quite like Leanne and her staff. She help relieve the anxiety of my son and myself during this manhandled situation due to no fault of hers . This is a very well kept and extremely comfortable home away from home and I personally recommend this Extended Stay location ! I and my family will be returning ,definitely 👍
LeAnne and Staff are the greatest. They really go beyond to make it feel like home. Room was clean and fresh smelling, staff is friendly and even other guests are nice. Can't find a better, safer place to stay for long or short term.
I booked a room for one night because I had been working all day and didn’t feel safe driving home when I was so exhausted. I called before checking in and asked if I could get late checkout, and the woman on the phone said yes, I could check out at noon. I checked in around 1:00am, and confirmed with the woman at the front desk that I could check out at noon, and she said yes. When I got up to my room, the deadbolt on my door did not work. As a woman staying alone, that was already concerning, but I was too tired to request a new room. A little after 11:00 the next morning, I went to take a shower— because I had already confirmed twice that I could check out at noon. While I was in the shower, obviously alone and vulnerable, someone tried to force my room door open three times. Fortunately I had put the latch on since the deadbolt didn’t work. I was terrified from the noise of someone repeatedly trying to break into my room an hour before my check out time, but I just waited for the noise to stop. When I finally got dressed and went downstairs to check out and explain the situation, the manager told me “unfortunately we didn’t know you had late check out.” Upon pushing back and saying that I was told twice that I could check out at noon, and that it was scary as a naked woman alone in a room without a real lock to have someone repeatedly try to get in, she said “yeah, we’ll try to make sure that I’m the future people know about late check out.” I asked if I could get a partial refund for the experience and she just smirked and said they don’t do that. No apology, no refund.
The Hotel Manager, Leanne, was able to accommodate my company in a pinch when another hotel did not have availability. She checked us in quickly and provided all the information we needed. She was polite over the phone and sympathetic to our situation of having no where to go. Thank you Leanne!
This place was disgusting, my fiance and I were to stay here after several meetings we had to attend and once we actually got to the hotel to sleep we inspected it and it was disgusting. The front service desk lady at 7pm was rude and unhelpful, made me feel like I was being picky. We checked out within 5 hours of checking in. Enjoy the photos
