Working with Five star travel was an amazing experience from start to finish, we will never use anyone else! Planning with Cindy was so easy I gave her a little info about what we were looking for and our time frame and she quickly sent over 5 different options to choose from that included everything we asked for! Once we picked a destination she kept in touch with us to plan excursions, make sure we got our passports, and to give us any last minute travel information. She sent a text when we arrived to make sure everything was going well and also sent us a welcome home text. THE BEST.

I’ve booked with Rachel from five star twice so far the first time she made my Disney/universal 8 day Florida trip so easy! She made sure each part of my trip for my family of 4 went perfect she even checked in during my trip to see how things were and our day for magic kingdom when we needed to be up to fight virtually for tron lightning time she woke up and helped! She also got up at like 3 am when booking all our dining plans to be sure we got everything g we wanted and the times we wanted!
Now we just booked our Mexico vacation which had me in anxiety since it will be first time our boys are leaving the country with us and she worked very hard to find us the most perfect resort to check all the boxes and within my budget i wanted to spend! Definitely will book with her again when i need an easy stressfree vacation planned!
