After booking at a nearby hotel that was not as advertised, our group found ourselves needing a new place to stay at the last minute. From the moment we walked into the Four Points hotel, Donald took great care of our group and was absolutely amazing to interact with. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the pool area was great for our teen girls, and the attached restaurant was perfect for feeding everyone without ever having to step outside. The night clerk (whose name I didn't catch) was also kind and cheerful at our 6:30 am checkout. We will definitely be staying here the next time we need overnight accommodations for events nearby.
Edit, they called me a liar within an hour of posting, saying the review was fake and I never stayed there. Check all my photos for proof. I lowered to service star to 1 for that. I will start with the smell, the entire hotel, including the bar/breakfast area had a very unusual odor. Almost like a chemical from carpet cleaning or something. It wasn't a pleasant odor at all. The room however didn't smell like that. They were very normal neutral smells. The lighting in the rooms was subpar. You had to go to each lamp and take the bags out of the garage cans and open them so I could throw trash out. Very dissatisfied and will not stay in another Four Points by Sheraton.
I stayed here with my boyfriend on 11/21-11/22/ 2024. The staff is nice and accommodating. What was severely lacking was any amenities one bar of soap for two days. The towels were thin and you were given exactly two. We asked for more towels and to have the room clean as things such as the refrigerator was dirty. There was dust and marks on the floor. The shower was dated with stains all over it. The toilet paper was the cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen. This hotel is in need of some maintenance as it is old looking in the actual rooms. When asking for the room to be cleaned that did not happen as we were told they only clean the rooms every other day. The staff did give us more towels but nothing else was replenished and the room hadn’t been touched. I do not blame the staff. I am not sure when hotels got this ridiculously cheap? I would not stay here again.
This hotel is great. Definitely will stay again on routes up north. Clean, friendly and comfy rooms - Inc a restaurant/bar with karaoke! A great find!
The service was great. Rooms are clean and in ok shape. The deal breaker for this place is the walls are so thin. The room next to you feels like they are in the same room as you. You can hear entire conversations, I swear, even when they are practically whispering. So, hopefully you have better luck than me and don't have 2 kids and a new born baby in the room next to you, or else you'll probably not be getting much sleep either.
