We stayed at the Sayre Mansion right up the street so we walked here for dinner. The food was amazing. Very fresh and tasty! However, we waited a long time. Part of the problem was that they brought our salads out with the meal instead of as an appetizer. Had we had those salads in between, we wouldn't have noticed the time at all. Our waitress was very pleasant but that one simple thing would have made a huge difference. I would still recommend going because the food was worth it!

I had a great experience here. The food was better than I thought. The staff were super friendly and nice. I got French toast with hash browns, fish and chips with extra shrimps, and apple muffins. Most of the food was pretty good, except the muffin was extremely dry and stale, and was definitely not fresh as they advertised. Overall, the vibes were pretty good, the food was good too but a little overpriced.

I’m a big ihop eater, BUT Perkins did not disappoint. I’m very happy with my decision to come to this location for breakfast. There was no wait time, and our waiter was Latoya C. She was very friendly & outgoing personality, she made my wife & I feel comfortable. The food tasted amazing. Everything was throughly cooked with NO ERRORS.(Check Photos) The orange juice did taste a bit watered down. The price did seem a bit pricey compared to other restaurants but overall had a great experience and I will return in the future.

Excellent breakfast and service. I had the Magnificent Seven which is two eggs, two pieces of bacon and three pancakes. Prepared very well and the OJ was good too. Beautiful, peaceful decor.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!! We came here yesterday afternoon for a late breakfast. We were greeted in a not so friendly manner by Chuck, the service manager. Upon him asking for how many people the table is for, I asked if we could possibly have a booth, and received no response, but a displeased look from him. Due to a lack of staff that day, our server Serenity seated us. Serenity was amazing in every way. She was polite, efficient, and frequently checked on us to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything. The food was good...we had pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. Now, when it came time leave and pay, is where the real problem began. Chuck, the service manager, was handling the register. I expressed that we would like two slices of pie to go, and when I tried telling him which ones, he rudely interrupted me telling me to pay first and then we "deal with that". I just went along with it. Then my mom went on to tell him how amazing our server Serenity was, and he didn't even respond or acknowledge her in any way. After paying, he then asked which pie I wanted, which was a slice of apple and slice of cherry pie. He grabbed the plate of apple pie with his unwashed hands that he just handled customer receipts and the register with, and his thumb ended up on the crust of the pie. Before I was able to say anything, he rushed into the kitchen. I asked another staff member if Chuck was handling and slicing the pie in the kitchen because at this point, i no longer wanted the pie since I was pretty sure he continued to handle it with his unwashed hands or without gloves. When he came out, he tried to hand me the bag with an unfriendly "here". I expressed that I no longer want the pie and would like a refund. In a friendly manner, I proceeded to tell him that I saw how his thumb was on the crust, and that I'm sure it was unintentionally done on his part, but that I no longer would like the pie because of that. He rudely told me that they don't do refunds which I responded to that I don't believe there can't be a refund on something that is due to the employee's fault. Suddenly, he now tells me that "he" can't process the refund, and that the only person that can, wasn't working that day. Telling him that I don't believe that as a service manager he can't process a refund, I asked for the name and number of the manager that can. Long and behold, he walks to the register, and in a literally huffing and puffing way combined with eye rolls, kept roughly punching the keys, and was miraculously able to give us the refund. I thanked him and wished him a good day, with no response from him. Let me make it clear, Chuck is giving your establishment an arsenine reputation and should absolutely not be working as a service manager since professional and polite customer service is lost on him. Sadly, we won't be visiting this location any longer.
