Several times a year I have a customer service experience I feel compelled to review about. Once or twice a year do I dwell on it long enough to actually make the review. We loved this hotel. The staff was excellent and accommodating, the rooms were spacious, clean, and in good shape, the complimentary breakfast was great (and included cold brew coffee!), and the location was central to downtown. Definitely choose this hotel while visiting Williamsport, Pa.
Location is nice. Parking garage isn't attached but it's pretty convenient. Being next door to Wegmans which is open until midnight is great. You can walk there and spend 1/4th the cost as the lobby store for the same stuff. Staff is friendly. The rooms are laid out kind of funky. I've stayed in two of them and both needed work. One had some drywall repair that was never finished. The other had a shower head that didn't work (they fixed that). Each time I've stayed there the halls had piles of dirty linens and towels left for hours (at least 12). It's not a hostel -- in fact, it's pretty expensive -- so there's absolutely no excuse for leaving the public areas a mess like that. Frankly, it's embarrassing.
Very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Prime location to walk to bars and restaurants. There is free parking in the garage next door. The hotel gives you a validated parking ticket. Also, there is a very nice outdoor space the hang in the evenings. They have a gas fire pit going and comfortable outdoor furniture.
The room was very spacious and the entire hotel is clean. The beds are a little hard for my liking and the room could use more lighting, but those were the only issues. Breakfast was included and they had a variety of foods available (including gluten free). Parking is in the garage next door and they give you a voucher for free parking. If you forget anything from home, there it’s a kohl’s next door, which is helpful. Would stay again!
Great room. I had a king suite... I could live in that room full time if I had to. It had everything! Nice breakfast variety, although they did run out of coffee momentarily....lol!
