I am so glad I decided to try this laundromat as none in the valley can compete. I did have an offline experience with the first machine I used but as soon as I called the number listed Kyle was at the laundromat within 10 minutes and has been extremely helpful ever since. Now, the only issue I have is sometimes there are just too many people trying to do their laundry at the same time! Always clean and the machines are fast and efficient!
Super clean! I had an issue with an app I used as an option to pay there. Please do not link issues you have to that app with the business! They are separate leave your feedback for the app with Speed Queen app which I did. I had lost money and the gentleman attendant could see what happened and gave me tokens. The machine had put my money from the app in the wrong machine. I'm tech savvy and watched the app make the error. Saucon Valley did not have to do anything however he gave me tokens. That's service right there! As for the app the email kicked back and chat did not work. The app got 1 star I would give it zero. The business gets 5 stars and then some! Use tokens and quarters and don't download the app!! I'm coming back to this laundromat even though I live in Ottsville. Just because of the service I got on 4/13. Lesson here use a human not an app! Thank-you Saucon Valley and the gentleman working on 4/13!! He represented your business well! He listened, saw the problem, and resolved to the patron's satisfaction. He did what the app did not, provide good customer service. That means repeat business. As for the patrons using the Speed Queen app 33% to be exact, drop the app and use tokens and quarters instead. The app has nothing to do with this business it's just another option to pay. Don't blame the business if you have a problem with the app. I'm warning you ahead there is no email or chat support on that app if you lose funds so use the other two payment methods instead. Remember leave your feedback on the Speed Queen app and leave the business separate to that app. Machines and business are super clean and efficient 💗☺️
Went there for the first time and was very pleased. Very clean, camera there. The washers and dryers are excellent. Found my new place to go
Great place to do laundry. Clean environment, very user friendly machines. Owner is nice as well.
I.like to go real late for the fact.there is no.one.there easy in.easy out with no wait. The.place is always really clean. The cleanest around in my.opinion.
