This Staybridge Suites location was great. As expected for the mid-price range. Very comfortable! I do want to call out the front desk person/night manager working on Sat Jan 18th. We checked in at 11:00PM after a very long and difficult day and they were welcoming, helpful, and checked us in super efficiently! Very nice!
Overall great hotel. Service was great between morning and night staff. Breakfast was great, nice. When booking we did not realize that Staybridge are basically mini apartments. We were surprised when it came with a stove top, fridge and so on. Only bad thing, the room itself smelled… musty? Moldy? I am not sure. My allergies were acting up for sure. I did see another reviewer that they do not clean their filters often so that was likely the case. It was a one time overnight thankfully but have to knock a couple stars off. Ever since our stay I have been sick with some sort of upper respiratory illness or infection. Coincidence, very possible. But also very possible it was due to the room. Im VERY allergic to mold and mildew so if those filters were cleaned properly that could be a main culprit. Same symptoms I’ve had in the past
Okay, this review is LONG overdue. But this place is beyond incredible, truly. My fiance and I had been going through some very tough times with family stuff in April & May this year and needed to be in the area for a while. We had to extend our stay several times. With that, I can honestly say, as someone who travels regularly for work, I don't think I've ever come across a team and hotel that's been as genuinely wonderful. Kelby, Kim, Tiffany, Andrew, and the whole team there are some of the kindest, most down to earth folks. We were a bit needy, had a service dog in training, worked remote so needed housekeeping scheduled later in the day, and had packages that needed to be received. No matter the need, these guys were always so understanding and so supportive. You also get the small plates and drinks Monday-Wednesday and the laundry facilities are awesome. Also the place is consistently immaculate and spotless. Anyway, suffice it to say, definitely stay here if you're in the area looking for a place. You absolutely won't regret it!
Great experience, stayed 4 days. The room was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need, housekeeping came daily and restocked everything, including water bottles. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would say the breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at. If I am in PA again I will definatly stay at a Staybridge!
Hotel itself is fine but the service from the guy who handles the night shift at the front desk is AWFUL. Had multiple problems over two days and the guy running the front desk was just absolutely clueless. The two women running the day shift were great though.
