It’s nice they have free dryer and soap but the lady ignored a concern about her dryer not working and wanted me to continue using the dryer but the dryer wasn’t warming up until after 5 min and making noise
Pros: Modern facility, with three large flat screen televisions. Helpful staff someone is always there if you need them. They sell laundry supplies, if you forgot something they have everything you could need. Large-capacity washers and dryers for items such as bulky blankets. A.T.M on site Cons: I traveled out of my way for the free dryers, when I arrive today they had a sign up that said due to covid and rising costs they no longer have free dryers. This feels kind of like a bait and switch. They have dryers and washing machines that say out of order on the doors and they were full of clean and dry clothing, maybe the owners keep them open for their own use when the store gets busy🤔 why not just keep them separate or labeled as so? The parking lot is shared with Popeyes drive thru if there is a lot of traffic your car gets blocked in, it's easier to just stay put then trying to come and go. Cleanliness: It is always clean in the mornings, it can get messy quickly if it's a busy day. The attendant swept the floor when I was there but the recycling is always overflowing. The bathroom had no soap and the floors were sticky.
Absolutely amazing!! We experienced a rather large flood at our hotel that left everything we owned, sopping wet and smelling like mildew. Bringing our clothes here to get washed AND FOLDED lifted so much weight off of our shoulders! They had our month's worth of clothes ready the same day! We dropped everything off at 11 and it was ready by 4! We live in North Carolina and are here for a business trip, so being able to have such amazing and efficient hospitality shown to us was truly a gift from God! Thank you for all that you do! If we are ever in the area again, we won't be using anyone else!
Nice laundry, free dry, and soap it is a plus, but the guy customer service is very bad. Why do people give attitude when you are spending money on their businesses.. not friendly, not polite.
The new owners are amazing. 1) the place is very clean! Noticed that immediately. 2) I used the drop off service today and I am indescribably grateful. Prices are great and well worth it. 3) the service only took a couple of hours maybe and was super easy! My things were ready for me, on time, folded and ready to go very nicely. 4) The women I talked with was so very polite and helpful. She even made sure any little things left in pockets were placed right on top of all my stuff! I’ve been busy and neglected my laundry, and it was becoming so stressful. This service was so helpful to me. Overall, I think this place is wonderful and will be telling everyone! Thank you so much for your kind and professional services
