Gross... just plain old gross. My children have asked repeatedly to eat inside this location and I also say "no". I should have said yes years ago... the inside literally gave me the ickies. Tables were sticky and gross, sticky flooring near the soda area, dirty vibe... I can't imagine ever eating there again until it goes through a major renovation and to think it's not even that old. It's just gross. Don't do it!

It seems everytime I go to Taco Bell, consistently one or more items are forgotten in our order, and sometimes we pay for items that are not delivered to us through the drive through. So I have gotten into the habit of checking my parties order when we go through the drive through. On this visit, the window attendant rushed us through the lane very rudely and in an attempt to comply and with an assumption that all our food was in the bags, we pulled forward. Come to find out they misentered one combo as just a drink and now one member of my party has lost out of his food. So not only did the staff make an error in incorrectly inputting our order, they further worsened the experience by being rude as we tried to catch their mistake and mitigate the situation. We were told they’re on a timer, perhaps if they were not they would be able to provide better and more accurate service. On top of this, there was only one car behind us and giving us an additional moment to check our order would not have caused that much of a wait. I used to go to the Whitehall location but I frequently had this issue and now it seems walnutport is no better. I do not know where to go for my Taco Bell anymore. I will have to go to the competing locations in Walnutport. Very disappointed.

Came for lunch during an off time hoping to get a quick meal. My mistake. A woman came in after me, got her order and left...and I am still waiting. When I asked the young man eating his lunch (he took my order) if it should take this long for my order, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". At that point I went to the counter to inquire about my order. Only two people in the cooking area busy talking. At that point one of them started working on my food. The place needs a deep cleaning from the sticky floor mats at the soda fountain area, to something as simple as wiping down the tables. Management oversight is sorely needed at this location.

We have tried several times to go to this location and see if things change. It is not the greatest service. We are the only ones I. The restaurant and we wait over 20 minutes for our food. This was the case the past 3 times we have come here. Twice the soda machine was broken. The one time we were in the middle of our meal and the delivery truck that was bring the food to the store, truck driver came in an said I have to move my car or I'm getting parked in. I said I was in the middle of eating and the one employee just stood there and said nothing. I like Taco Bell, but this location needs some help.

Taco Bell is my jam! As a multi unit manager, DINK, and vegetarian, there is no better option for fast food. My order is always perfect, despite my substituting, adding, and subtracting, and delicious. They allow me to have what I want when I want and the staff is always having a good time and never annoyed at my requests. If you've never swapped the ranch sauce for creamy jalapeño sauce (over rice instead of beef if you're a vegetarian) on a cheesy Gordita crunch you don't know what you're missing! Oh and adding tomato to your quesodilla is also divine!
