Hotel was nice and clean. The entire staff was incredibly nice, but I really want to give a special thank you to Shirley (Although I’m not 100% confident that was her name I apologize). She was hands-down the most kind, helpful, professional and polite person I have EVER had check me into a hotel. I would 100% go back to this simply due to the kindness of the entire staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since it was just me staying there for one night, the size of the room is no problem, but I would say that in general the size of the room was small compared to other “newly renovated single king” sized rooms I’ve stayed at before. For a single person or even an adult couple staying for a night or two the size of the room would be fine. I only mentioned this because it would’ve been a very tight situation if I would’ve had my 2 younger children with me. And bonus - they have free breakfast so you can’t go wrong there! Oh and while, I did not use the pool, jacuzzi, or fitness center I did notice that their pool and hot tub area was open fairly late - so also a plus for people coming here with kids. Overall, definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again if I ever have to travel through Williamsport. Thank you!!!!
Very satisfied with my experience here! :D The room was clean and respectable. But what made the stay so pleasant and enjoyable was the staff!! From the front desk to the maids, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! :) Would strongly recommend this place! And the staff deserves a raise!! XD
The front desk person was quite pleasant and profressional during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Having a kitchenette was great. Although the TownePlace brand is fairly basic, it was perfectly fine, and the location downtown is really convenient. This is a place definitely to consider when staying in the Williamsport area!
By far one of the cleanest rooms I have ever had in a hotel, staff is very friendly, and the location was perfect for our trip to Williamsport.
We ended up staying last minute for 2 nights. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite we got was very well stocked with all the stuff you would need to cook and eat. There's even a dishwasher for your dishes! The suite was clean and VERY nice! Definitely recommend staying here!
