I booked my girls 1 week trip through AAA they used Travel Impressions. I also had the travel insurance and had to cancel. My mom was diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer, was placed in hospice and died in 1 week. No credit or reimbursement for my very expensive vacation. Oh yes I'll get $413 credit from the airline ticket but it can't be used for another ticket. Absolutely horrible. My mother died. It's not like I 'm making it up. I sent a letter from hospice AND the obituary. Disgracefull!Disgraceful!! NEVER AGAIN!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Will never use them again. We didn’t have a ride once we got off the plane at the DR Aiprort. I upgraded to the Diamond Club to have access to a private pool. When we got there the pool was closed the first half of our vacation. The Resort says they contacted the travel agency of the pool issue which I was never informed. I tried discussing this situation with them and got the run around. Very poor customer service!!!

Highly unimpressed with this agency, the service and the "deals". I realized to late I could have done this all quite a bit cheaper on my own. My flight went fine and hotel check in was no issue. However, my ground transport was cancelled for my trip home because I had to take an earlier flight for arrival and they flagged me as a no show for departure. That would be fine except they refused to reimburse me the money for services not received. This doesn't include the room fiasco my best friend encountered through the agency which I will not get in to.
I'm disgusted by the money grubbing antics of this company. Highly do not recommend using their services. Either find a different agency or do it yourself it isn't that hard.

We had a vacation to the Atlantis, Bahamas for 11 family members, leaving on March 28, 2020. needless to say all had to be cancelled because of Covid 19. Because we booked through this travel company they refused to give a full refund. And charged us $250.00 per person for cancelling our trip. Even though the island was closed and flights weren't traveling out of the country. But if we booked directly with Atlantis, they would give a full refund. I think Travel Impressions is a scam company... It's just not right to change us, when it was on fault of ours that the trip had to be cancelled..
